What we collect

When you send a request, the form collects:

• Your name, email and phone number
• Your general neighborhood or area
• The date and times you're asking about
• Number of kids and their approximate ages, the grade and subject for tutoring, or the type and number of pets
• Anything you choose to write in the message box

Why

Only to answer your request: checking availability, following up with you, and planning the job if it's booked. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Requests are emailed to a parent or guardian who manages scheduling. Because Eloise is a minor, a parent or guardian handles all first-time requests. The email is delivered by an email-sending service. The website doesn't keep a separate database of requests.

Please don't send sensitive details

Don't put children's full names, birthdays, medical information, medications, allergies, door or alarm codes, your street address or payment details in the form. We'll go over what's needed privately once a booking is confirmed.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Questions or deleting your info

Reply to any email you've received from us and ask. We'll answer your question, or delete your request emails if you want us to.
